Most of us have been trained from childhood to have negative thoughts about ourselves and others. Think back to a time when you did something wrong or bad or made a mistake. Someone (a caregiver) probably said something unkind to you and it stuck. These thoughts stack up like rocks in our soul and weigh us down in life. Here at TTC, we have a method of learning by experience so the transformation and growth are lasting.
Something deep within you probably already knows this is the right time. Peace isn’t about escaping your thoughts or fixing everything overnight - it’s about learning how to meet your world with understanding instead of overwhelm. Here at TTC, we offer a way forward. Walter enjoys the challenge of construction of houses and souls, sometimes at the same time. His personal growth journey lead to a men’s group about inner healing and the spelunking into the depths of his soul is where this work started and continues as life is an adventure to be experienced.
Celine enjoys singing and jogging in her free time (not at the same time) and has a passion for facilitating and coaching. She is currently focusing her inner growth on forgiveness and more sepcifically on self-forgiveness. She lives with her puppy in front of a lake in the suburbs of Montreal, Canada.
